I clicked on Quintuplet, it says it's a Quintuplet, but it has 6 beats... :P

There's unfortunately nothing we can tell from just a picture, we'd need you to attach your actual score and describe precisely what you did (eg, what you selected on the duration toolbar, what you pressed after that).
Try deleting the whole tuplet. It should be replaced with a quarter rest. Click the quarter rest and press Ctrl-5. Then re-enter the notes as before. This should allow you to correct your score, but it would be nice if we could figure out how this happened in the first place.
