You mean https://musescore.org/en/project/counterpoint-check-v031ms232 ? They are nor translatable, not like Note Names, Batch Export or Tempo Changes

Yes, sure, but that's not a multi-lingual plugin, one plugiun, multiple languages,like the ones I mentioned, but one plugin per language.
Might be a good idea to do a PR fo get that plugin i18n'd (yes, yet another acronym, "InternationalizatioN, starts with i, ends with n, 18 characters in between), using
qsTr("string")

Hello, I changed the plugin code and inserted the qsTr ("") function, but I don't know how to test it on my computer.
Any suggestion?

That's not all that is needed, now you'd need to extract the strings using lupdate, translate them (using Qt Linguist), "compile" them using lrelease amd then bundle the result with the plugin
