Half all note note values in a score
I have a score with a bunch of parts in it, and I want to reduce the value of all beats by 1/2. In other words I want to make all quarter notes 8th notes, and all 8th notes 16th notes. Is there any way to do this to the whole score at once, or do I have to do it separately to each individual part?

Plugins are out of date.
