Notes don't want to get though bars
So, my problem is: when I try, for example, set a quarter note on a last beat to the half note, so I get note that is played though a bar, they just won't instead it becomes a half note. On a last 4/4 beat. Then I can't delete it, so I have to delete the entire bar. I tried just slurring notes through bar, but it just breaks both bars. Can someone please help or explain me, what is this?

Check if you used that option
Insert Input mode (called Timewise in versions prior to 3.0.2) allows you to insert and delete notes and rests within measures
It's also possible you turned on the experimental option in Format / Style / Score to allow note durations to cross barlines. But more likely you turned on insert mode (as suggested above). That mode is really only intended for very special purposes, you shouldn't normally ever use it.
I'm using the standart note inpur function, and the experimental function is off. Guess nothing we can do.

We can definitely help if you attach your score and describe the problem you are having in more detail (eg, where you are are trying to add a note, how you are trying to add it). probably some simple misunderstanding we can clear up once we understand better.
