What specifically goes wrong? Do you mean your computer keyboard, the built-in Piano Keyboard window, or a MIDI keyboard? if the latter, be sure to connect and turn on the keyboard before starting MuseScore. If that doesn't help, did this work before, and can you think of anything that changed since the last time it did?
