Arpeggio placement
While engraving a score for harp and voices, I created an arpeggio line in the harp part which extends through both staves. Unfortunately, it comes uncomfortably close to the element immediately to its left-- in this case a time signature. Ist there any way to increase the space between them? How would this affect the alignment of notes in the other staves? Thanx --

I guess that's because you needed to disable autoplace to extend across staves (attaching the actual score is normally better than just attaching a picture). So you'll need to manually add Leading space to the chord, using the Inspector.

Thanx -- I used the F8 inspector to X-shift the chords (individually) by 1.5sp, whiched looked about right, but when I tried to do the same to the other parts, to make them align, the whole stack snapped back to the (apparent) original position.
here is the file -- the measure in question is m64.

That is why I suggested the leading space instead of the offset - it affects all staves together.

"leading space!" How is it I didn't notice that on the inspector? Worked, thanx!
