MDL Bass Line 5 Retuning Problems

I have been looking for a way to change the pitches of MDL's Bass Line 5 instrument. Having no luck on the forums I had a try for it myself using the Edit Drumset feature. I found it quite easy to change the pitch values but I am having troubles with notes being played incorrectly. (FYI: Bass 5 is lowest, bass 1 is highest)

In measure 2 bass drum 4 is being buzzed when it should not be.
In measure 6 this problem happens in bass drums 3 and 4.
In measure 7, where all bass drums should be buzzed, only bass drum 4 is being buzzed.
In measure 8 I tested another tremolo (eighth through stem) to see if another problem would arise and it only repeats the problems from measures 2 and 6.

I re-tuned these drums to D3, A3, D4, F#4, and A4
