missing palettes

I updated to version 3.4.2 win 10 x64, but I don't see the palettes.

Does pressing F9 bring it up?

If that doesn't work, try Fn + F9. Some computers like mine have the F1 - F12 keys do different things by default but having the Fn key down at the same time disables them. Don't ask me why but that's how it sometimes is.

It depends on the hardware. My HP laptop with Win 10 has this function of dual purposed fn keys. It requires use of the Fn key to access the "normal" actions. Without the Fn key you get things like adjust volume or screen brightness.

Hmm, true, mine too, forgot about that as I'm almost always use a full size external keyboard

grazie per i vostri consigli.
ho provato il ripristino di fabbrica e a reinstallarlo, ma niente da fare.
prima avevo la 3.2 (credo) e andava tutto bene. poi ho installato la 3.4 Beta con i problemi attuali.
ho aspettato una versione aggiornata come l'attuale ma ancora niente.
pazienza, aspetterò la 3.5

3.5 won't change anything about the need for OpenGL2.1.
