How to get typed chords to transpose for respected instruments
I have noticed that on other's scores they write a Bb chord for say a C instrument and when you copy and paste the part into say a Bb instruments, the text automatically changes from Bb to C.
This score has it.

How to do get this feature? I just type using staff text but the chords don't change.
Thanks.

Don't use normal staff text, but rather enter as chord symbols. Type Ctrl+K, then enter the chord names.
See:

A way to test if recognized as a chord symbol is to enter, say, a D7 chord as d7 (lower case letter). When you press spacebar (or ESC) the d7 becomes D7.
When recognized as such, chord symbols are transposable; regular staff text is not.

Not just transposing, but lots of things - including proper formatting, MusicXML export, and - as of 3.5, playback - depend on using the actual chord facility. It's also far simpler - hit Space to move to next note or beat, Tab for next measure, type "b" and "#" to get a real flat and sharp sign, etc.
