The above suggestion to disable courtesy time signatures then reload is good and will likely fix it. Be sure you have the current version of MuseScore (3.4.2) as there was a bug in some older versions that could cause this. But even if the current version, if the score was previously edited with one of the older versions, that would also explain it.

Yeah, basically there are two 4/4 time signatures and I don't know how to remove one.

Go to Format/Style/Page, disable courtesy time signatures, save, then reload, then turn courtesy signatures back on.
