Stubborn Flat Symbol

Hi, I'm having a problem. I want to drag a mini flat symbol on top of a turn. However every time I drag it on top of the turn, it automatically situates itself onto the top right area of the turn. I have disabled automatic placement for every single note, beam etc, but that still doesn't work. And even worse, every time I try dragging it, the invisible beam of the 32nd notes grows longer and longer. Does anyone have a solution?
