Or given that you're on Windows, if your keyboard has a windows-key: try windows-key + up-arrow to maximize the window.
That was unclear from your screenshot. I also note that your palettes seem to be running off screen, so you seem to be working on a very small screen there.
So what happens when you make the window smaller (in height) from the top, then drag it back up so we can see the bottom of the window?
It's not maximized in that picture, it clearly shows the task bar covering the bottom of the screen. If you continue to see this problem after actually maximizing the window, then please attach another screen shot, and the actual score. No need to start a new thread; just do so in a reply here.
