Sory and Koron

I was wondering if Sory or Koron is inserted before Key Signature, is it playable too or jest is for the inserting text?

Yes, with a plugin or wich extra manual tweaks to the notes' tuning this can be made to sound right.

Custom key signatures don't play back at all, not even if using the plugin as far as I know.
And just adding and enabling that plugin won't do anything to the score.

Yes it can. You need to run that plugin, not just install and enable it

Then change the tuning of the notes manually via Inspector
