Corrupt Files

Yet again, another issue. Some of my larger scores I've been working on have been telling me they are corrupt when I try and open them. I've been ignoring them, but is this a fixable problem? Here is what has been popping up:
Score 1: "Measure 353, staff 1 incomplete. Expected: 4/4; Found: 9/8"
Score 2: "Measure 146, staff 6 incomplete. Expected: 4/4; Found: 19/16"
