Repeat list not available for volta definition 0;9;5

According to documentation a volta property and repeat list should be available to edit volta characteristics for a multiple repeat of the first ending before the final ending. My download does not appear to contain this and the documentation is not clear on how to access these properties. See ending in attached file. Request guidance
