Problem With Time Signature Change
I'm writing a piece where, at one point, the meter changes from 6/4 to 5/4. The two measures of 5/4 work out just fine in the voice part, but the piano parts keep on inserting notes and rests as if the meter were still 6/4. After the two measures of 5/4 the meter does go back to 6/4, but that shouldn't matter. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Many thanks.

Please post the score (i.e. the MuseScore file that is causing you a problem)

This is a real newbie question but...how do I post the score so that you can see it? Should it be in its native MuseScore format, or in PDF? Thanx for understanding.

Here it is. It's the second and third measures. Everything else falls right into place. I won't be able to answer for a while cuz I have to go to work, so don't think I've stopped caring. I'll be home around 9:00 PDT. And thanks so much.

Those measures do indeed seem to be corrupt - our term for this. Maybe the next measure too - see the weird clef on the next line?
I'd deletes measures 2-4 entirely (select, Ctrl+Del), reinsert new measures, and try again.
