Error with hairpin align
Often, when the distance is to much, the hairpins in the score don't align, so I need to correct them manually. Here is an example in the screenshot attached. Thanks!

MuseScore is just obeying the layout rules, as defined in Format > Style... > Hairpins.
The apparent misalignment is caused by the mf dynamic being forced further downward than the default "Position below", by the down-stems and slur in Voice 2. So the dim. hairpin is actually at the correct default Y position:
Sure, you could increase the default value of "Position below", so that it takes account of all possible collisions. But surely that would leave many of your dynamics and hairpins visually far too far below the stave? There's no way round it: one way or another you have accept the need for some manual adjustments...
Normally MuseScore does try to align hairpins with surrounding dynamics. In order to know for sure why it might not be here, we would need you to attach your actual score, not just a picture. But, a guess: maybe that's not a "real" dynamic, but one added as text to the hairpin (or added using the combined element on the palette). This technique exists but indeed won't fully work as expected with regard to layout, or playback for that matter.
