Page numbers and screen readers

Interesting question! No, I don't think there is. Generally the screenreader is reading more "musical" information, not so much about physical layout. We do have the "get location" command Shift+L that reads the current location, and in principle it might eventually be possible to add the page number to the information read there. Meanwhile, you can use the Find facility (Ctrl+F) to jump to a specific page, which I know isn't the same thing but maybe somehow could be useful to achieve whatever the goal is here?
