Sorry if Noob question, but how do I add this into MuseScore?

Hi,
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm trying to convert this piece of music I have into MuseScore so I can convert it to midi. However, the music has a tempo that I haven't been able to get to work in the program. I admit, I'm not very good at reading sheet music beyond the basics, I'm just basically copying down what I see word for word (or note for note in this case) so maybe that's why I can't figure this out. But if anyone more musically inclined can help me, that'd be great.
