Midi input using an audio interface

I use an audio interface for my editing projects, specifically PreSonus Audiobox USB 96. Keyboard is set up for this interface. I could plug my midi-cable directly into my Macbook, but I prefer to keep my setup as it is, going through the Audiobox. I've tried changing the settings in Musescore for either the audiobox or the the midi-cable setting. Neither seem to pick up the keyboard. Also, I've turned off the keyboard and then back on. Any ideas?
