Double Flats
I have been using Musescore for a few months now without many problems. Suddenly, however, something very strange happened. I inexplicably lost the double flat button (bb) from the note input toolbar and don't know how to get it back. I like to use the most logical spelling for a chord possible. So, for example, rather than spelling a Cdim7 chord as C,Eb,Gb,A, I would rather spell it C,Eb,Gb,Bbb. Can anyone tell my how to get the double flat button back?

Either you edited you toolbar or you changed workspaces. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/workspaces for more info and how to fix it.
Yes, probably you were in Advanced and are now in Basic for whatever reason, and switching back will return it. But also, be aware the "J" shortcut will cycle through the different spellings of a note. So, enter the A, press "J" one or more times to go through the other spellings (not sure if the order depends on the key or not).

Yes, somehow I got switched to basic without realizing it. I'm not aware of having done anything to change the setting. I didn't know about the "j" shortcut. That is very useful information.
My thanks to both of you for your prompt and helpful replies.

Maybe #309456: Changing language settings changes to Basic workspace?
