Allow adding multiple open symbols to the chord
Open symbol is found at Articulations in Palettes ->More
Currently open symbol is enable to add only one to the chord.
(when I try to add multiple symbols, it disappears)
Assume it is because the symbol is mainly used for Strings. (add to single note only)
However some Guitar music scores add multiple open symbols to the chord, instead of using digit “0”
Ex1.
Ex2.
I wish MuseScore support to do this.
Also request storing the symbol into the Fingering palette by default.
Thank you!

The symbol "Open string" is in the Symbols palette (shortcut "Z")
You can move it to the palette for reuse, and use it for each note. Of course, the placement is far from perfect, most of them just hit the notes. It is better on this image test to select the highest note each time and then place it correctly to the left of the notehead, to get this:
EDIT: That said, after further reflexion, I think the best solution is to use String number 0 (so with circle frame by default), and then, to choose "None" (frame) in Inspector - image below. And no problem with placement here.
As for first case, move this "new" custom symbol in a palette.

Hi cadiz1
Thank you muchfor your explanation:D
Wow, I didn't realize there are open string symbols in the master Master palette..
Yes, it works, able to add multiple symbols to the chord.
oh.. yep placement is bad.. touch to the note indeed.
The open string symbol here is ellipse,
And I still like the exact circle for open string symbol..
>your second solution, move the frame from String number,
isn't it same as normal fingering "0" ?

">your second solution, move the frame from String number,

Of course, this is another solution (and the quicker one). And you can choose digit "0" of the first serie of fingerings (say's for piano) or second serie (for guitar, with digit at the left of the notehead)
I thought to the String number because you wrote in your message (see below), and I quote "instead of using digit "0"
"However some Guitar music scores add multiple open symbols to the chord, instead of using digit “0”"
Honestly, I don't really understand your reluctance to use this digit "0", especially since it's perfectly appropriate. That's why I had tried to think of something else, but I believe it's ultimately a false good idea :)

Ah, I see. Thank you for your thought :)
True, digit "0" is appropriate for me too. no problem.
I just thought it would be nice if I have a choice for digit 0 and circled open string.
