How do I create a new clef?
How do I add a new clef to my work? I have a treble clef, but I also need a bass clef. Is there a way to create a new piece with both clefs already added?

Do you mean like a piano? Which instrument?
If you've already started writing a piece with only one staff, add more with Add / Instruments (it's a staff you are adding, BTW, not just the clef).
If you're starting a new score with File / New, simply choose an appropriate template in the wizard that appears, or choose the instruments you want. If you specify an instrument like piano that has two staves, that's what you will get.
