End button

In the next version of Musescore (or maybe the next nightly), I would like to see an End button on the top menu that would take you to the end of the score. The program has a Beginning button, so it would be logical to also have an End Button. I know you can hit the "END" key on your keyboard, but having the End button would be logical since there is a Beginning button. Also, if you click on a measure to highlight it, then hit the Beginning button, the highlight goes away. However, if you hit the "END" key on your keyboard, the highlight does NOT go away. There is an inconsistency there.

To be clear: what you are calling a "Beginning" button is actually "Rewind" button, it's all about playback, nothing about editing. Whereas the Home and End keys on your keyboard are all about editing, nothing about playback. Different tools for different jobs.

With that in mind, maybe you can see why there is no button to take the playback to the end of the score - there would be nothing to play!

Ok, good point. I also use the Home and End keys. However, I have a big but. ALL recording and music playing apps and even hardware players like the Ipod have a rewind AND FF button that will either go to the next song or go to the end of the current song. I view this feature in Musescore like those apps.
