How is this possible?
Got an email this morning for a MuseScore Pro subscription. Not only did I not sign up for one but my profile also doesn't acknowledge that I have a Pro Subscription. Also, how & why is a Pro Sub $98?
How do I get this resolved/removed/refunded?

You need to talk to the .com people either by e-mail https://musescore.com/contact or using https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com no one in the forums can help you with this. See https://musescore.org/en/faq#faq-20657
Also note that your user account with which you've posted this is only 4h old and indeed doesn't have pro.
