Convert Grace note to Standard Note
I scanned a PDF through a OMR program (capella-scan) and then imported the MusicXML file into MuseScore. Some of the regular notes got entered as grace notes. I searched the handbook, the forums, the web, but I couldn't find a way to convert a note that thinks it's a grace note back into a standard note.

You can't change them. You need to delete the grace note and enter the correct note. Using Insert mode might be useful for adding the notes. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/note-input-modes#timewise
