Copy/Paste measure formats

I use MuseScore to engrave hymns that are then put into PowerPoint presentations used during worship. My normal process is to set up the 1st verse which includes changing the number of beats in measures where needed (usually 1st and last), adding the lyrics, editing work spacing and then editing so that the hymn fits on a PowerPoint slide by adding system breaks, splitting measures, etc.

Once the 1st verse is done, I copy and paste it for the number of verses in the hymn; however, copy/paste does not include the editing and formatting I did so I have to go back and add it to each verse before adding the lyrics.

I would be great if there was a way to copy/paste that preserved the formatting instead of having to update each time I pasted.
