I already found this page but it is of no help.
The chords do not appear in this in th window. you can just adapt the instruments but not thevolume of the chords playing.

You sure can adjust the volume too, in the very same (part of that) dialog, the Mixer.

To able to adjust the instrument used for playback you have to click on the volume fader track in the bottom of the mixer first. It is a volume fader, drag it down makes playback softer relative to the other sounds in the score.

So in your screenshot (please attach the image file next time, instead of a word document) it is the last fader; ending in "-harmony".

Open the Mixer.
Click on the "Show channels" arrow to display all the child tracks for that part.
Look for the word 'harmony' to locate the chord track.
