Musescore Pro Refund?
Last year I signed up for a musescore account (early to mid October if I recall correctly). I believe I signed up for Pro in order to access some sheet music that was only available to pro members, but I'm not necessarily sure since it was a year ago and I haven't used this site since then (my bass guitar is out of commission and I hadn't had a need to).
I cancelled my trial last year after it ended, but just this morning (November 15th, 2020) I was charged $98 for a Pro account I cancelled last year. I'll attach the PayPal invoice for it below.
I'd really appreciate a refund if necessary, I don't know why I was charged at all. Or if anything some tips on how to get a refund?

You'll have to wait a while. Good luck.

Yeah 😔 really sucks since that's a lot of money to be charged
Shouldn't your credit card company take this on if Musescore fails to act on your cancellation? It's a pain though - you shouldn't have to do this. I think you deal with Musescore first, but if they don't react, then pass your complaint on the CC company.
As others have said, good luck!

Here rather PayPal, not the credit card company, Visa in this case.

Maybe depends on the jurisdiction. In the UK ultimately if all else failed I think Visa would be liable, but may be different in other countries. Presumably Paypal first, then maybe Visa if that didn't work.
