Currently there is nothing in the sticking feature to support independent lines the way lyrics do via verses. So at most, we could slightly improve the speed at which you can enter multiple stickings on a single note, using autoplace rather than verse numbers to control placement. But it still wouldn't be like lyrics, where entry stays on the second verse as you enter more lyrics. So It ultimately wouldn't be all that useful. We'd need to actually implement something like verse numbers.
Meanwhile, though, there is a reasonable straightforward workaround, enter the second line line first, cut, enter the first line, then paste the second line back.
