Is it possible to add the field "date of composition creation" to the first screen of the score creation wizard, as well as display the contents of this field in scores.

Why? There's either no such field in the 'normal' score properties, or it is filled automagically (with the current date)

But how can I display the year of the composition creation in the sheet music?

In header/footer the macro
$Mshows the last modifed date,$Dshows the creation date. And there's$:creationDate:to pick that meta tag in Score Properties and show its contentAs you can see, there're several solutions to this.
