Learning mode again

Hi everyone,

I just stared using musescore and I would also like to have a learning mode like it is suggested in this post:

The idea is that the playback should wait until the right keys are pressed on an attached midi keyboard.

I want to try to implement this feature and therefore I wanted to ask the experts, what they think would be the right place for it: the main app or a plugin?
Did anyone tried to implement something like this?

Hey Jeetee, thanks a lot for this great tip!

My Keyboard has build in lights (Yamaha EZ-220) which react to midi-notes on chanel 0, so this is pretty the right direction....
I'm still testing / preparing my development enviroment and then I'll try my luck...
