Color and position of flags/hooks are not saved
Create a score with one eight note
Change the color of the notehead, the stem and the crochet.
Save as mscz
Load the mscz --> Only the notehead is colored.

Changed the title to correct english... I could not remember the word.
I fixed the stem color saving in r2242. Hook/Flag is still missing.
Please could I request that this is assigned a higher priority - with short durations and multiple-note chords, it can make legibility a problem.
