Can't dock floating windows by double clicking title bar

Windows 10 / 3.6.0

  1. Undock palettes/inspector
  2. Double click the title bar of the floating window

Expected result: the window is docked again (as in 3.5.2 and prior)
Actual result: nothing happens.

This is weird. On my Microsoft Surface, a double-tap of the touchpad won't re-dock, but a full double-click will. I don't think I've ever seen anything work differently between tap and click before. Anyhow,m for me, that's the workaround. Or, just drag to the docking area, which I assume would work for all even if double-click double-tap distinction doesn't apply.

Heh.. crazy stuff..
I indeed can't dock it when using the touchpad or the (hardkey-)button below it. But I can dock it when using the hardkey button from my trackpad.

And indeed, just like you I have never before known that to make any difference to windows..
