"Would you like to try our improved score style?" dialog doesn't remember choice
The new dialog that asks about trying the new score style (which is awesome by the way) does not remember when checked off and continually prompts every time you open a score created before 3.6. Makes the job of upgrading multiple scores more difficult.

There isn't a "When opening scores ... " option under Preferences->Import
