Brass band scoring
I recently re-discovered an arrangement I made 20 years ago. Unfortunately I have either a printed version or a scanned pdf version (on my computer)
I would like to get the score onto Musescore so that I can make some alterations but, having tried the pdf converter, no luck.
Can you suggest any other options (other than rewriting the score!)
Cheers, Steve Sizeland
p.s The score is 58Mb (43 pages)!

There are other third party PDF converters, but realistically it's not a science, and you'll spend as much time correcting the inevitable errors are entering it from scratch.
Hi, A brass band score I created a short while ago has suddenly "zoomed" itself and I have lost/cannot see the bottom 4 or 5 staves. I've checked all the settings but can't recover the complete page. I need to print the score, HELP! (All the parts are ok and have printed successfully)

I would try:
-make a new score from template 'Brass band'
-save style => from menu Format/Save Style
-exit
-make a backup copy of your score!
-open your score and from menu Format/ Load style, apply your previously saved BB style.

Please explain what you mean by "zoomed".
There are controls for zoom level in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Make sure you have selected Page view and try setting the zoom level to Whole page. This just affects how the score is shown on your screen. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/navigating-your-score
Another possibility is that the page size or scaling have been inadvertently changed. Check the settings in Format>Page Settings. Default page size is whatever your printer is set to print on and default scaling is 1.75 mm (0.069 inches). See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/score-size-and-spacing
If neither of those help, please come back and attach the score (the .mscz file) so that someone can investigate further.
