Deleted crescendo still having effect
Twice now I’ve noticed a worrying feature. I’ve been adding cresc/decrescendo hairpins, sometimes copying, pasting or deleting them, but have found the playback effect can linger despite a hairpin having been deleted.
In the attached screen print (hairpins.jpg) there is no hairpin at the start of bar 4, but it plays much louder than bar 3. I tried copying these bars into a new piano score (see example.mscz) and the short missing hairpin (with velocity 60) now shows.
I tried Alt+Right to tab through the notes etc on the original score and between the first and second notes of the 4th bar, MS crashes.

Thanks, yes, I’d just discovered that. It reappeared when I inserted a bar and it moved away from the start of the line and then I noticed the end handle was before the beginning one!
