score loses up and downstrokes of quavers when re-opened
in creating a score, I have found that ........my apologies for my lack of musical terminology..........the upstrokes and downstrokes of quavers have disappeared; for some of the quavers; when the score is saved; the programme is closed; and then re-opened next day;
I understand this is the forum to post bug reports; do I send a copy of the score to the developers?

Are you using version 1.3? I've seen this before and it usually means the score is corrupt somewhere. Post the score so someone can investigate.

Yes, it looks like the score has become corrupt somehow, I'm afraid.
I'm guessing it has something to do with those strange "duplets" that are used throughout the score starting at measure 14. Those should be ordinary eighth notes. Do you know if those were actual *created* as duplets, or if MuseScore for some reason turned ordinary eighth notes into duplets? I guess that might have happened if changing between 4/4 and 6/8 or something, although I don't think it would normally.
But probably some combination of the strange duplets and perhaps use of copy & paste plus the time signature changes is probably what led to the corruption.
Meanwhile, if you delete from measure 25 to he end (select the measures then Ctrl+Delete to completely remove the measures) and re-enter, that much should be fixed,. But you should probably also fix those duplets.
