Export to MP3 with different tracks

I exported a Musescore file with different instruments to different MP3 files (one MP3 per track). Exporting is working well, but when I listen to the single tracks I sometimes hear a track with the single instrument and in other cases I hear more than one instrument. e.g. drums and bass on the drum track. Any idea how I could export only the instrument and not a mix of different instruments?

I'm using 3.6.2 on Linux.
