Persistent Color Change for All Score Assets?
I would like to make it so the background is black and everything I am inputting is white, to make it easier on my eyes. I understand it is possible to change each score property (i.e. staff, notes, barlines, text, page, background) into a different color using the Inspector, but changing the colors doesn't make it so newly input notes/newly created measures/etc continue being white as I go.
Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

Some OS's provide this as an accessibility setting directly. Which OS are you on?

I use Windows 10. Unfortunately, the high contrast mode doesn't apply to MuseScore for some reason. High contrast is on in this screenshot.

Indeed, it's been reported to not work on Windows for whatever reason - I guess the way Microsoft implements this isn't as foolproof as how some other systems do. It's something that we will hopefully have a chance to revisit as part of the big UI redesign and implementation using QML that is happening for MuseScore 4.

have a look at Edit > Preferences > Advanced > ui/score/defaultColor
