Arco and l.h. pizz should play back correctly
See the attached examples. Voice 1 is arco, voice 2 is pizzicato (marked by crosses, or "pizz l.h.", which is typical notation for l.h. pizz on bowed stringed instruments). However, both voices are affected by the text "arco" or "pizz". It doesn't seem possible for once voice to play back arco, and the other pizzicato. Also, the cross articulation is called "mute", and doesn't play back as pizzicato.

Should be possible, you would just need to set the text properties to change channel by voice. If you have trouble getting that to work, please attach the actual score rather than a picture and someone should be able to help.

This worked beautifully Mark! Thank you, I had no idea this feature existed.

I wish it would work with occatva markings too.

Standard notation doesn't really have any way of doing that, so human musicians are unlikely to understand it. but, MsueScore can be made to display notes in whatever octave you like, via "Fix to line" in the Inspector.
