Articulations and ornaments over small notes should have the option to be small as well.
I've written a cadenza in small notes, and it looks really odd that all my trills and fermatas are full size. There doesn't seem to be a small option for them. Also, the clef changes should have an option to be small(er) as well.

Thank you. Unfortunately this solution does not work, at least in the latest version for Mac. As you can see from my screen capture, I've selected small for chord rather than note, and the fermatas are all full size.

Fermatas are not true articulations, they aren't attached to the note or chord but to the "segment". So that's why they don't scale with any one given note on that staff. They really need their own small setting, I am pretty sure there is an existing feature request for that. Simialrly for ornaments that are not attached to individual notes but are actual lines.
