Add accent to a single note in chord
As far as I know, it's not possible to add an accent to a single note in chord so only one note in the chord gets accented.

Use voices then
This wouldn't normally be a thing in standard notation so you'd have to decide how to convey it to the performer. using multiple voices is one answer,. Some sort of special accent mark right noext to the individual note might be another. Then you could disbale the playback of that articulaion, but simply up the velocity of the note itself in the Inspector.
