In Instruments dialog, user must click the "Up" button twice in order to move up staff

This is on Mac OS X 10.9 with MuseScore 2.0 beta 1.

Instructions to reproduce:
- Create a new score. Select the Jazz Combo template. I picked the B flat key signature and kept the rest of the options at the defaults.
- Press 'I' to get to the Instruments dialog. For each instrument except tenor sax and guitar, from top to bottom, select the instrument and press the Remove button. At this point, the only two instruments left should be tenor sax and guitar, and neither one should be selected.
- Click to select the guitar instrument, then click the Up button. Nothing happens. (The expected behavior is for the Up button to move the guitar staff above the tenor sax staff.)
- Click the Up button again. As expected, the guitar staff moves above the tenor sax staff.

Interesting. It is minor indeed, but it *does* get worse than just one extra click. Delete all but alto sax and drums and it takes 6 clicks of "Up" to get it to move. Basically, however many instruments you deleted, that's how many extra clicks it takes.
