How to enable the Reverb and Chorus Functions in the Mixer

Those controls have always been to control the individual levels of reverb and chorus for each channel separately when using an external MIDI synthesizer. They built-in synthesizer has only global controls for effects, not per channel, and they are set in View / Synthesizer / Master Effects.
