The "Paste Half Duration" keyboard shortcut (Shift+Cmd+Q) is the same as the MacOS systemwide "Logout User" keyboard shortcut, with the result that attempting to use the "Paste Half Duration" shortcut causes my Mac to begin the logout process.

Workaround it to assign a different shortcut via Preferences > Shortcuts

I suppose we should have a centralized list of reserved OS shortcuts that we consult when adding new commands. I know on a few occasional I've suggested a particular shortcut on a forum thread or issue or PR and someone happens to chime in and say, "no that particular combination is reserved on Ubuntu" or whatever so I change it, but there's not really any sort of process here.

Well, what I did to fix it was I assigned "Paste Half Duration" to Ctrl+Cmd+V, then assigned "Paste Double Duration" to Shift+Cmd+V to match it, which seems a lot more sensible than the current default and doesn't conflict with any other existing MuseScore keyboard shortcuts.

The current defaults make sense based on the other Q & W shortcuts, for halving and doubling the durations of individual notes. but indeed those weren't the only possible choices. I'm not really a fan, though, of having the difference between half and double be which modifier you use. I'd rather it relate the basic keystroke itself. Like maybe using [ and ] (with modifiers, probably).
