Notating lever changes for harp music
Generally a lever change for harp is notated as a diamond shaped empty note head. I can make a notepad that is a small diamond, but it is all black, and too small. Right now I'm writing "lever change" (which is not standard to add wording). Any ideas? Thanks!

In Leland it is bigger than in Emmentaler. And changing it to a Head Type of Half makes it hollow

Thanks - how specifically do I do those two things?

Format > Stype > Score > Musical (Text) Font
and select notehead(s) > Inspector > Head Type > Half (next to where the you changed the Head Group to "Mi", why though, and not "Diamond"?)
