File Conversion

Hello! Is there a way for me to convert a .wav file back to a .mscz file? In other words, I have a .wav file that was converted directly from a .mscz file and an already made score, and due to an issue on my computer, I have misplaced that .mscz file. Is there a way I can still salvage that file by converting the converted .wav file back to a .mscz??
