Ripple Repeat
Similar to MIDI looping in Logic Pro X and Garageband, I think it would be increadibly benificial to be able to select a passage and repeat it (like the "r" button), but any further edits to the original passage would "ripple" along to the repeated passages. You could also release the repeat if you wanted to change some of the later ones, but I think this would be useful for things like chord progressions and simple percussion parts. Apologies if such a feature already exists.

Nothing currently, but what you are describe is basically a measure repeat, which does exist (on the Repeats palette), and starting in MuseScore 4 wouldn't also be able to have 2- and 4- measure repeats.
