Invisible Staff Lines for just part of a lead sheet?

I am creating lead sheets for a band who wants large chord symbols without lines for most of the chart, but for certain melody hooks, they want the notes written in standard notation. Is it possible to choose which measures have visible staff lines and which have invisible, or am I stuck with one or the other?
